“At a very young age I knew I wanted to become a police officer. As I matured, I soon discovered it is the foundation and reflects the health of a society. With my background being in the arts, I wanted to apply my abstract thinking towards investigations; this was my goal. To me, what I find interesting about policing, is the study of all possible angles and the application of tactical communication in problem solving.

Unfortunately, my training was cut short. I had made the choice to step down to address what I felt was an emergency. I trusted my gut instinct, my moral compass and from what I have learnt in such a short period of time, the intrinsic value of the Oath and of the Police Act. I am greatly troubled in what is taking place and replacing such a noble and honorable career as well as the erosion of our constitutional rights.

I continue to admire the profession and am still sought out for police assistance. While in search, I came across Police for Freedom in March 2021. This platform has become my stage as I’m surrounded by the men and women in blue whom I’ve always looked up to. It is an honor to be part of this International Alliance and I will do my best to serve humanity through these means.”
